Hi, I’m Tereza Dunlap, a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, helping busy career professionals achieve weight loss and strength goals, using the 9box strategy.

It wasn’t easy at first. I was juggling a busy lifestyle, and fitness felt like a distant dream. But I realized that if I wanted to feel better, look better, and truly live the life I dreamed of, I had to take control. I began my fitness journey with determination, starting with simple changes to my nutrition and training plan. Slowly but surely, the weight started coming off, and I lost 30 pounds.


As I shed weight, I began to notice more than just a physical transformation. My mindset shifted, and I became stronger, happier, healthier, and energized. I was amazed at the power of consistent training and balanced nutrition—not just for my body, but for my entire life. The more I transformed, the more I realized I wanted to help others do the same.


This is why I decided to become a certified personal trainer and nutritionist. I knew that I had the knowledge, experience, and passion to guide others through their own transformation journeys. Today, I am committed to helping others build stronger, healthier, and more energized lives—just like I did.

  • What if I don’t have or want a gym membership?

    One of the great advantages of working with TD FITCOACHING is our ability to tailor a program that suits your available resources and lifestyle. Many of our clients lead busy lives, travel often, or simply prefer to avoid commercial gyms. While having a gym membership does offer more options for variety and flexibility in your program, it’s not a requirement to achieve success. I recommend that clients at least have resistance bands, a stability ball, and some dumbbells to help create an effective resistance training plan.

  • What if I travel a lot?

    We work with many clients who travel frequently or take vacations. For these clients, we design full-bodyweight exercise routines that can be done anywhere. No matter where you are, we’ll be there to coach and motivate you, ensuring your progress continues even when you’re away from home.

  • Is there a money-back guarantee?

    I am confident that if you commit to showing up, follow the structure of the program, and put in the effort, the results will come. In my experience, “money-back guarantees” often attract individuals who aren’t fully committed and are already looking for an exit strategy. If you truly want to succeed in transforming your fitness, habits, and body, it requires full commitment.

  • How long does it take to receive my program after enrolling?

    We aim to have new client programs designed, uploaded, and reviewed within 48 hours after you complete your client profile questionnaire and PAR-Q. If you have unique needs or conditions, it might take an extra day or two at most.


    Our main goal is to get you engaged and motivated as quickly as possible!

  • Do you offer discounts if I prepay for a full year?

    Yes! When you prepay for 10 months, you’ll receive 2 months free.

  • How long will it take to see results?

    Results can vary based on factors such as genetics, how your body adapts to the exercises, your workout history, how much effort you put in, your diet, and more.


    As a general guideline for fat loss, men can typically lose 1.5 to 2 lbs of fat per week, while women can expect to lose around 1 to 1.5 lbs per week.

  • Can I schedule a call for more information before purchasing?

  • If I’m a client, can I reach out to my trainer with questions at any time?

    Yes, I strongly encourage communication between clients and trainers. One of the key benefits of working with TD Fitness Coaching is that you can directly message your trainer 7 days a week. In addition to messaging, we offer email support and weekly Zoom coaching calls to make sure you always have the guidance you need.
